Who is responsible

North Sea Bulk Logistics BV is responsible for this website and decides how the information described here is used.

Your shipment details and email draft

The quote builder prepares a draft in your browser. Copying the draft or downloading a text file happens on your device. The website does not automatically submit the form or store your name, email address or shipment details on a server.

If you open the draft in your email app and choose to send it, the information you include is shared with North Sea Bulk Logistics BV and the email providers involved. We use enquiries you send to respond and discuss the requested transport. Preparing or opening a draft alone does not mean an email has been sent or received.

What is measured if you opt in

Google Analytics is optional and loads only after you opt in. We use it to understand which service pages are useful and how visitors progress towards an enquiry.

• Page paths, engagement and specific actions such as using a quote button, preparing a draft, copying it, downloading it or choosing to open an email.
• Device information, approximate region and the origin of the referring website.
• Pseudonymous cookie identifiers that help distinguish browser activity.

Our Analytics events do not include your name, email address, shipment fields, draft contents or full email links. Advertising signals and personalised advertising are disabled for this setup. Automated form and link collection is disabled; the quote actions above are measured through the site's specific event controls.

Cookies and changing your choice

Your Analytics choice is stored in your browser for 180 days. The site's Google Analytics cookies are configured with a maximum lifetime of 180 days. Clearing browser data or using another browser may require a new choice.

These time limits refer to browser storage. Separately, Google Analytics is configured with a two-month retention period for individual user and event data. New activity does not restart the user retention period. Standard aggregated reports are not affected by that retention setting.

You can allow or decline Analytics and change your choice through Analytics settings in the footer. The quote builder works without Analytics. Withdrawing consent stops future Analytics collection and removes the site's Google Analytics cookies from your browser; it does not itself erase data already sent to Google.

Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers.

Google, website hosting and fonts

Our Analytics service provider is Google Ireland Limited. Analytics information may be processed outside Belgium and in other countries. Read Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites for further information about Google's processing and controls.

Delivering this website involves technical requests to our hosting service, including connection and browser information. The pages also load Google Fonts, which requires font requests from your browser to Google. These website and font requests are separate from optional Analytics and occur when those resources are loaded.
